Holy Cross Health Center at Sistrunk

Great office, everybody is so kind and helpful. I have 2 complains. The visits take too long, around 2 to 2 hours and half each visit. Today was my fourth visit, same length, 2 hours, way too long, the doctor is very nice but she talk a lot, keeps repeating same information. Another problem is confidentiality. I don't like for anyone in the waiting room to know why I'm at the doctor. The doctor , every time, not just with me, waits until we are out of the exam room, in the waiting room and starts asking me about my refills, about my tests results. I don't like that. Please rectify the problem or I will need to look for another doctor that values my confidentiality.

Incredibly kind and compassionate people here. Valerie and Vanessa were so kind and friendly. It was my first visit after transferring doctors and I couldn't have been happier with how well things went. It was the first time in a long time that I haven't been nervous at the doctors. The front desk staff was also so lovely and communicative before my appointment. She remembered me when I came in! Thank you all for your amazing help and work.

I really recommend this place. Their so family oriented. And they really care. Vanessa is so helpful and above and beyond. And Valerie fox is amazing. My kids love her and feel comfortable to tell her everything that bothers them. She is the go to doctor. Super kind and sweet. And if she can't you she directs you in the right direction. So if you have kidsthis is where you need to be.

I had an excellent experience at Holy Cross Health Center on Sistrunk. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the nurse and nurse practitioner, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Absolutely amazing staff! Ever since I made the first phone call. They are so friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and cared for immediately. Dr. Valerie Fox took the time to listen to all my concerns to ensure I got the proper care and was well informed. I'm so happy to have her as my primary doctor and would highly recommend her. Overall, amazing care from the first phone call.
