The Clinic will accommodate Heart patients as well as New patients with heart symptoms (Chest Pain/Shortness of breath/dizziness/fainting/near-fainting/Lightheadedness/palpitations etc.) for evaluation, screening and cardiac testing as needed (Stress testing/echocardiograms/heart monitors/CT scans etc.) Visit Types include: Referrals from Primary Care for new heart symptoms/murmurs/EKG changes etc. Preoperative cardiac evaluations Self-referrals from patients for heart symptoms ER follow up Urgent Care follow up Cardiac screening for well patients
