This doctor and his office were amazing. The staff was very kind and professional. Sometimes the doctor is great but the office staff isn't. Not here!! Everyone worked well together like a well oiled machine. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to go in. Dr Azcarate was very thorough and took the time to listen. I would highly recommend him.

I do not recommend this doctor as he does not seem genuinely committed to the well-being of his patients. I just received a call to cancel a missed second appointment because, as the kind lady explains, the doctor would be unavailable due to rounds at the hospital. She also offers me another appointment to discuss some lab results that concern me for the end of August. It is highly unprofessional for a doctor to be so unavailable, with appointments so far in between and one lacking the all-important medical guidance regarding abnormal cardiac results. The problem is that a chronic condition can become severe, and one cannot see their doctor in a reasonable amount of time.
My doctor's appointment went really well, I arrived on time and was called within a few minutes The staff was very caring, knowledgeable and polite Dr. Azcarate was very professional and listened to my concerns and provided information in easy to understand language Overall very pleased with my appointment and I don't really like to go to the doctor
