Dr. Verma is great. Personable, listens to your issues, and doesn't shrug off your concerns, just a great doctor altogether. The nurses and front office staff have always been very pleasant and lovely. The ONLY doctors office I've been to in my entire life that runs on time and is efficient. No complaints at all and glad to have this team of people handling my care.

Bishnu Verma was very impersonal/dry and arrogant, kept incorrect medical records, and office is not the cleanest. Kept trying to swat flies/mosquitoes while they kept me waiting. Very little motivation to assist patient, could not read MRI findings clearly, and doesn't have the dedication that one would look for in a doctor. If you need something quick, this place may work... but I recommend stepping into an urgent care instead... I've felt more cared for there for a fraction of the price. After getting discharged paperwork I began noticing all the note errors. It's like a bad game of telephone, or maybe a language gap on my end or his end.

Dr. Verma is very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. He takes the time to listen to your needs and addresses them accordingly. The office staff are wonderful, and always willing to help. I highly recommend him for all your medical needs.

Dr. Verma is awesome! You can tell he cares and wants to help you. The staff are great too. I definitely recommend going here.

Dirty clinic. Unfriendly doctor which acts like he knows what's best for your own body than oneself. Look for someone newer in the field who doesn't have their heads so inflated. Tons of gnats or flying insects... odd visit. The website is even highly insecure! All around red flags.
