This care facility is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and truly takes great care of you. They treat you like a human being -- like a friend. Big shout-out to Jeff and Carol , those two are outstanding. The entire staff is wonderful, from my NYC nurse to the one who had her glasses taped to her face because they were new and needed adjustment. Go team Dr. West! Alex Baez

What a great experience. Facility is clean, fresh, and kind staff around every corner of the bldg. Jeff and Courtney were such a pleasure to be with. Attentive to all my comfort, and thoroughly explained the entire visit, and what to expect. TJ from the monitor company was also a pleasure. Thanks to Dr. West for a quick and easy procedure. Great Cardiovascular team. Process was streamlined, from arrival to finish, every aspect of the procedure was flawless. The medical staff were the ultimate professionals and provided detailed explanations throughout the process. A shout out to Jeff who was my laison from beginning to end and provided some comic relief to ease my anxiety.
