I visited Dr. Zarreii today and had a wonderful experience. The office is very welcoming, and the staff is extremely polite and professional. Everyone there is highly experienced and knowledgeable. Dr. Zarreii took his time, thoroughly examined me, and clearly explained everything without rushing. He patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. I highly recommend him!
I've had multiple problems with this practice over the course of a couple years, but enough is enough. I've had trouble with adverse effects related to new medication and couldn't get anyone to call me back for days. They've confused me with another patient and mixed up our charts and appointments. The front office staff is miserable and unsympathetic. And most recently they had me wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Then Dr. Zarreii tried telling me that his son had to wait for 2 hours for a specialist appointment, and that waiting 1 hour for me was just fine. This is not emergency medicine or surgery; it is inexcusable and shows a complete lack of remorse. I got up and left in the middle of my appointment, and will never return.
Love Dr Zarreii! he first was my dad's and then my brother's Internist. I had a female Internist and I switched to Dr. Zarreii and I am so happy I did. I needed someone to really stay on top of me and he does and he explains everything so that I can understand it and I'm very confident being in his care!
My first visit to the Dr. Z. He was extremely interested and attentive to my medical history and setting a follow-up appointment as well as writing a script for diagnostic testing I needed.
Dr. Zarreii was born to be a doctor. Very knowledgeable, ethical, and detailed. The ladies working the office are very nice, and the phlebotomist is always on point when drawing my blood. I love my doctor!!
