Very unprofessional. Went with my wife to the office for an appointment with Dr. Vivas . When scheduling the appointment we specifically asked to be seen by Dr. Vivas. The APRN walked in first to talk to us. When we asked her if Dr. Vivas is here and that we came to see him today, she said, yes! He will see us. After that we found out that Dr. Vivas left before seeing us and that the appointment was concluded at that point. Also, the girl at the check out was rude. Will be going to another Doctor who actually sees his patients.

Dr. Mora and Dr. Vivas are not what they seem. It's all marketing. Please beware. I've never posted a bad word about any medical provider until these two caused the death of my parent due to missing the obvious. Their lack of interest in the post-op status while my parent in the hospital after surgery led to death. Yes, death. Dr. Mora and Dr. Vivas were clearly more interested in their own statistics and sent this patient home after 2 days in hospital, likely because they want their statistics to say their patients go home after a day or maybe 2. No other reason !!! My parent's condition was deteriorating post-op in the hospital, yet Dr. Vivas discharged my parent, despite our asking for him to evaluate the obvious deterioration taking place. Dr. Vivas did not. Their office said their medical staff would reach out to me, but they never did follow up, NOT even a post-op call at home ! Had Dr. Vivas who was the physician that wrote the discharge order taken an extra few minutes more than the literally under 2-minute bedside visit to do a proper examination and ordered the appropriate tests, he would have known they were sending home a patient that was going downhill -and- it is likely my beloved parent would not be dead. I wish them no harm, but I feel compelled to report them to the public in this way and to the licensing boards and affiliated hospitals privately. Shameful practice.

Absolutely the most phenomenal Dr. I have ever met. He was a life saver for me as well as his assistant Sai Santiago. Cannot say enough about them. I am so lucky that I met them and that they were the ones who took care of my situation. Henri

This Palm Beach County Arrhythmia group of Dr. Vivas, Dr. Maura Dr Freher save my wife on October 19. I've had issues in the past but in every visit that I've made to this office in Delray Beach which they are affiliated with East Bethesda and Delray Beach Med Center performed. Fantastic support services are excellent when they say they're gonna call you back. They're gonna call you back. I highly recommend them on old school and if you have a problem with Arrhythmia a fib, etc. they're fantastic. This is no BS. I'm alive today because of their quick thinking and execution.

The ablation went very well. I was sore for more than one week by my lower right abdomen where one of the catheters was inserted. I have not had an AFIB episode since the ablation on November 13 as of this writing on December 3. Before the ablation I was having an episode about once a week. Pulse Field Ablation is an amazing technology, and Dr. Vivas is an amazing doctor and the whole entire staff is first class.
