Had to pick a different cardiologist so I chose Dr Heller. He is not a bad Dr when I finally got to visit but I don't think he knows what a horrible staff he has there. First time I tried to call to schedule an appt I Called multiple times and no one answered so I decided to go to the office to schedule and lo and behold there were 4 girls sitting there. Not one of them noticed I was standing there. One was buried in her phone on instagram. They were rude. I didn't want to judge a Dr based on his staff so I scheduled the appt. Day before appt they tried to cancel on me saying they didn't get approval. I fixed that! Now I was scheduled for a stress test and the morning of my stress test I was called and told they couldn't perform test because they didn't get the approval from my primary. Again went to my primary which is in next building and my primary said they had received request for approval that same morning ! We all know what happened next ! Oh While I'm there waiting There was another patient who was sitting there for her testing and they also told her same thing. Bottom line is the office never asked for her approval nor mine until day of! I am sure of it because my primary proved it to me. This office sucks and don't bother with this Dr office. Run!!!
