I met Doctor Mandell at the hospital emergnecy room, and got the best impression of him. However, when I tried to make an appointment, his front desk personnel kept putting me on hold as soon as they picked up the phone. When I finally could get in touch with them, they were inflexible with the schedule. I was not allowed to make an appointment three weeks in advance OR MORE, they only accepted appointments for the next couple of weeks at inconvenient hours!
Covered for my husband's Cardio while in Delray Medical. He was thoughtful, caring, answered all our questions and treated my husband like HIS own patient. And very smart and does not rush you.
