My husband was seen by Doctor West today, for elevated blood pressure issue. My husband showed Dr West his journal of blood pressure over last couple of months. Dr West decided to change some of his medication to help get his blood pressure under control. Doctor West was very attentive to my husband's concern, as well as mine. He goes back in three months to review how the new medication is working. Thank you, Dr West.
Waited 45 minutes past my appointment to be seen. Had to leave for another appointment so I had to reschedule. Dr. West is a great guy, but a doctor is dependent on his staff. My time is valuable too. I can understand a 15 minute wait, but not 45 minutes. It would have been over an hour wait if I had stayed. I hope my follow-up appointment is on time.
Dr West is an awesome doctor plus the medical assistant who assisted me was awesome very good customer service I would recommend family's and friends who need Dr. West service. Thanks Dr West and is Medical Assistant. The front desk lady was awesome good customer service aswell.
