Daytona Heart Group

First time visit to this practice. Things moved along at a pretty good pace. Saw the physicians assistant and gave her most of my information in medical history. After a bit of a wait, the doctor came in to do a quick examination and recommend testing to be done. Everyone was pleasant and they were all in a good mood many dressed for Halloween all in good taste. Spent most of my time with the PA Katherine. She informed us of all of the options and what I wanted to do at this point. They respected my choice and did not challenge or try to talk me out of it. I would recommend them.

Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable, I waited an hour past my appointment time before I saw the doctor, or even the PA. I left a meeting at work to be there 15 minutes early as requested and then waited another hour past appointment time. A heads up text that Dr. Was running late would have been helpful. Another appointment today, another hour and a half wait past appointment time to see PA. Again, I leave work to make these appointments and miss valuable time.

The doctor was on time and took his time to explain what is involved initially in my care & treatment. Asked if we understood or had questions. The staff was welcoming. Wait time not long.

It was my first visit to the office...The office staff was friendly and professional Dr Webster was amazing...he was caring & listened to my concerns. He explained everything and I felt very confident that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Daytona Heart Group to anyone looking for the best cardiac care possible.

Our experience with Dr. Oscar West has been excellent. He is deeply knowledgeable, an attentive listener and caring doctor. We have found Dr. West and his staff to be exemplary in every way and recommend him highly.
