Made an appointment for 3:20 and got there on time. I asked if they were going to take much longer after 20 minutes of wait since I was planning on going back to work, my mom was the only patient in the waiting room and no one told me that they were running behind or anything. After going in to see the doctor while filling out the new forms, I was told that the doctor couldn't see my mom in a VERY RUDE MANNER because they don't accept cash payment. I asked why they didn't say that over the phone while I was making the appointment because I had specifically asked if they needed anything and this was my mom's second visit. My husband goes there and pays cash also. She just kept saying that they don't take cash and we had to leave. Another staff politely corrected the rude staff. Then, cash payment was ok but they were too busy. Then, my mom was a new patient which she was not. Then, we didn't have an appointment which we did and it was in their system. After all the excuses and going back and forth, we were told to go to MD Now because doctor couldn't see my mom. It was 4:25 pm and needless to say couldn't go back to work and had to go to MD Now. Very unorganized office and has a very rude staff.

I went in for a regular checkup. This was my first time dealing with this office and the service while I was there was great. However, my bloodwork was sent to a lab that was out of network and they assured me that it would be taken care of since this was their mistake. I called and visited the office over the next several months and even spoke in person with the office manager Karen. I turned in notices from my insurance and my bills from the lab they sent the bloodwork to and after every visit I was again assured that they would take care of the problem. I was last there on 4/25 and I was told that it would be taken care of once and for all. I have now received a letter from collections because my bill has gone unpaid. This is completely unacceptable and I will never go to this office again. I highly recommend that others do the same.

Dr. Chediak and her staff treated my mother with complete disrespect. The front staff neglected to tell her that they changed her appointment twice due to Dr. Chediak going on vacation, then were rude to her when she showed up at the time they had originally scheduled her. On top of that, when they finally got her in for an appointment, Dr. Chediak was not there and she had to see the nurse practitioner. Not to mention, her visit was a routine health screen, which did not require a co-pay from the insurance company (this was clearly explained in a letter from the insurance company) and they made her pay it at every visit. They rescheduled her to see the actual doctor a month later, which leads us to today. Dr Chediak demonstrated no knowledge of my mother's medical history or reason for visit, even with her chart in hand. She spoke to her in a curt manner and told her that she was going to die unless she did something immediately to change her cholesterol levels and her elevated blood pressure (which was not high at this visit) among many other things. My mother is an extremely healthy and active lady in her mid-fifties and again, was only there for a routine physical. After her visit with Dr. Chediak, she felt defeated and scared. Dr. Chediak is a horrible physician, with a horrible support staff, and needs to learn to treat her patients with care and respect. Dr. Chediak needs to refine her bedside manner immediately, before she's slapped with a malpractice suit for using scare tactics and insurance fraud for charging co-pays when they are not due.

Dr.Chadiak is great! Unfortunately her office staff is a nightmare. No return calls. When the call to confirm an appointment, the call is unprofessional, they don't tell you if they switch dr. For your appointment. Who are going to see it. They don 't care. Just leave a message that you can hardly understand how fast is the message, when you get there is another person, not the one you have schedule. Happened with me few times plus no returning calls from office . I really think Dr Chadiak don't know what is going on. Such a great dr. , but office still a circus. May be is the company that managed the office .i just I am not used to this kind of treatment.You think you are on a Third World Country. I feel sorry for the elderly that don't have nobody speaking for them, they just don't have the ability to change drs or make a complain. Dr Chadiak is great, I wish she would know what is going on and make necessary changes. Like 3 years ago. Is time for another clean up,

There are no words to express my thanks to Dr. Nidia Chediak and her wonderful office staff. I had a dilemma with my mother who became hospitalized for dehydration and was told she needed to go to rehab from the hospital. My mother thought she could manage but was mistaken. I went to the Drs office 2 days after my mother was discharged from the hospital and needed help getting my mother in rehab. They immediately made phone calls to get authorization to send her for help. After being promised a room at Menorah House in Boca and all the paper work was being created for admission. The next day was told there was no bed. Desperate for help now, Dr Chediak even though she was gone that afternoon made calls to get approval for another place. With the persistence of Karen the miracle worker who takes care of insurance and Sobe who is my Parents personal Guardian Angel ( who I rely on so much) they worked there magic and get my mother admitted in 3 hrs, which if anyone has ever had to do this before is amazing. Thanks to all of you for your Help. It's not enough to only have a Great Dr. who cares, but you also need an Amazing Office Staff.... Thank You for all you do you are so appreciated. ... Kathy Olson
