MedFlorida Medical Centers-Deerfield Beach

I've been a patient here for many years, and I always have an excellent experience. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and caring. Omarys is amazing; she's always attentive, willing to help with any questions or issues, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Dr. Smith is an outstanding physician, knowledgeable and truly attentive to his patients. The nurses who draw blood are gentle and kind, making the process quick and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely LOVE the place, the staff, and have had an awesome experience with Dr. Teixeira as my PCP, but their call center SUCKS!!!!!! It's always a long time (at least 15-20 minutes) waiting in the line, and when you opt to receive a call back, when they finally get back to you, when you pick it up, the system either cuts your call or send you to the voice message system. Ugh!!! Get better on this and I'll come back and add 2 more stars. (PS: even if it's not an emergency situation, it should not take that long).

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere in this office is welcoming yet professional. The staff takes their time with each patient, so you never feel rushed. At the front desk, Jael Perez stands out for being especially kind and attentive, making every visit smooth and pleasant. The nurses are equally compassionate and approachable, and even the manager goes above and beyond to be helpful. Having a pharmacy on site is also an added convenience. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is definitely the place I'll trust for all my medical needs moving forward.

They are friendly here the only problem is they take too long to see the patients. Not sure what they're doing but so many nurses and arent doing things correctly nor on time. Would recommend you have patience if you come here. Good luck
