Dr Mari and the front desk are always so kind and considerate when I call or come into the office. I always look forward to seeing them when it's time for my appointment.

Dr. Mari is absolutely amazing! The reason for the horrible review is the ladies in the front. They are so rude. I get they might be busy, but anytime I call there they are so rude over the phone and want to argue with you. It's bad enough doctors offices and anything in the Healthcare field is crazy, but to have to deal with rude ladies when I call to the office is unacceptable. They really need to fix their attitudes, cause Dr. Mari is amazing and his staff doesn't reflect that!

Nice physician. Unfortunately he has no nurse there anymore after Debbie left a few years back, so he does all the basic clinical stuff and he does not do any shots and hospital admits. The women in front are ok, however the one women is Dr. Mari's wife and she needs to get some tutoring on how to deal with the public. Employing relatives is a lot of times a big problem.

I adore Dr Mari. He is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manners. His staff is horrid. The two females who run his front office are extremely rude and condescending. They make your life hell by having no idea how to do billing for insurance. I've had to do their job for them multiple times. I was recently sick with a respiratory infection and my first round of antibiotics did nothing and I got worse. When I called for another appointment I was informed that antibiotics will work for q0 days after you stop taking them and that I needed to wait, even if my symptoms are worse. Gee. Didn't know this old hag was a Dr! Needless to say I will be finding a new Dr with staff that has half a clue.

Office staff is nasty. Very unprofessional. Dr. Disregarded my concerns and added 2 fees on my bill that were not even brought up as conversation. Please be aware when billing was addressed, office staff stated " i don't have time for this" Wow just Wow
