In several decades this office is the best office I've ever found. And there's a lady named Morgan who answers calls and she is awesome. She goes over and above to help me when I call. I used to run a customer medical office and it can be a very difficult job and if it were up to me she'd get lots of raises! Actually the whole office is wonderful and I'm so happy I found them. I feel cared about and I've never had to wait more than ten minutes getting to the back. I seriously believe that no one can top the care I receive there. I feel so lucky I found them.

If I could rate a zero I would absolutely as I lay here in excruciating pain since last Thurs with a broken femur above my knee cap.No surgery no chiropractic care a trauma phys. In the ER came to my bedside and told me maybe if I lose weight and stop smoking I can get a knee replacement.. but in all reality June 2023 my daughter was vomiting and I called 911 as she was on dialysis 3times a week which she had been four years, not to mention now she walked to ambulance and was talking to me the ER is 3 mins away from my home , me being disabled and at the time in a wheelchair I didn't go with her my greatest mistake in life this far to keep it short from 530am until 130 pm I could not get a report any answer so finally I got a call from the charge nurse informing me my child was in a coma on life support..seven days later she passed only regained consciousness when the would bring her out of the Medically induced coma they put her in...her CHF they said they were not aware of one ...the diagnosis came from the hospital in the first place they knew all about her condition what happened to records??God can't bring my child back but he can continue to do his work on us I know he has a plan ...hurting momma rage vent done...

Three total visits and had nothing but terrible service. First was for a kidney stone, I was seen by an ER doctor Friday morning, a stint was going to be put in to relieve the pressure, I was told this was going to be an outpatient procedure and to follow up with my PCP.. They discharged me Sunday noon. I wasn't supposed to stay there. Second was my son sprained his foot, we waited hours to be seen and when we did, the nurse wrapped up his foot and as soon as we got home, it unraveled. We had to wrap it ourselves which gave him a ulcer wound on his heel .Had to get his pediatrician to look at it, and rewrap it. Third was I was in extreme pain (10+) I went to the ER to be told it was going to be a wait. Well it was a 2.5 hour wait, there were people coming in and out, and so I walked out. I ended up going to my local VA which took me right away and I was in and out within the hour. Since than, I have never stepped foot there. I'll drive to lake Nona VA or urgent care before I get seen there again.

We were in town on vacation when mu 79 yr old mother in law fell while shopping and split her head open. She was taken via ambulance and we waited for them to give us clearance to go back. By the time we were cleared to go back, they had already completed an EKG, and had ice on the wound. Mavy xrays were taking as well as a ct scan to ensure that mithing else was goong on. After being cleared, she was cleaned up, stapled up..and released. From beginning to end, everyone was very helpful, informative and polite. We had our 6 yr old son who was hungry ( we had not yet had time to eat). They youngale nurse was so attentive that he beought him gatorade and graham crackers. Wonderful care during what could have been a very scary time.

Imagine being in your first pregnancy and you wake up gushing blood. Naturally you go to the hospital and you let them know that you think you just had a miscarriage. Did you imagine having to wait 4 hours for a ultrasound? Any chance of saving my unborn child slowly flying out the window. Actively waiting STILL as i am writing this post. I ask nurses for updates and im met with stuck up faces and a rude attitude even though im telling them my cramping is worsening, they are also aware because of insurance i have not had my first ultrasound and im 15 weeks. 4 hours sitting in a chair wondering if you baby is dead or not- crying and in pain. Bed alarms going off for 20 minutes at a time in the background. Glad you all got to practice your "code green" but what about my baby? Update: it has been 6 hours- got here at 8 and it is now 2:30pm- and i still dont know if my baby is alive or not. Ive been waiting on results for almost 2 hours and i definitely should have went to advent.
