Enough complimentary statements can't be made of Intervention Al Specialists of Florida! From Katie who so kindly got me scheduled and accommodated my appointment requests, to Lisa and Javier who were sweet and professional and made me feel so personally cared for; to Carina who was so excellent with my IV and intraop care and sedation and accommodated all of my requests and physical issues. As an anesthesiologist, I felt like my care was tailored to me and not just an algorithm. Everyone there made an extra effort to be kind and make me feel safe and comfortable. Dr Hevert was very thorough, very professional, an excellent listener and truly cares about the outcome of the procedure and also the patient's level of trust and comfort. These are highly trained, extremely compassionate people. I recommend them 10+/10.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Havert, Josh, and Karina for my father's care, and I can't express enough how impressed we were with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the procedure itself, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. The procedure went smoothly, and the recovery room was well-organized and comfortable. What stood out the most was the clear and thorough care instructions provided by the team. They took the time to ensure we understood everything, which made the recovery process much less stressful for us. Josh and Karina his nurses were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly pleasant to interact with. Their warm demeanor made us feel at ease during a time that could have been quite overwhelming. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients and their families. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Havert and her team for anyone seeking quality medical care. My appointment was for at 8 A.m. and Dr. Hevert was there waiting for my wife and I. I was scheduled to have a PAE done at 8:15 and she explained everything to us about the procedure. She answered all of our questions and everything went as planned. It took around an hour for the surgery And her assistance were very kind and gentle. I would highly recommend having the procedure done if you're dealing with an enlarged prostate.

Staff was welcoming, efficient, engaging and professional. Dr Hevert explained the procedure, answered my questions and followed up after. I highly recommend this practice.

I cannot express my gratitude and thanks enough to Dr. Hevert, Josh, and Katrina, as well as others there doing excellent work, for the care I received both during the procedure and up to two weeks post-procedure.
