I have been Dr Gould's patient for the last 5 years and he has been great. Today he didnt feel comfortable about my blood pressure and immediately ordered an ultrasound. After the nurse finished the ultrasound, he came to the room and examined himself. At the end all was good. He is a great Doctor and Thank you for caring. Reviews about the staff is just not fair. They are trying their best within the current system. I have never had a negative experience with them.

Worst experience I've ever had at a doctor. The total time spent at the office was 3 hours, and I still could not get an ultrasound done... I had an appointment and had to wait an hour just to see the doctor. When I finally did, he suggested ultrasound, which they do in-office. They told me it would be a 30-minute wait. Long story short, after 2 additional hours, I still was not seen. And this after me going up to the window multiple times, asking when I would be seen to do the tests. I saw waves of people arriving after me and getting their tests done. I am a decently patient person, but this was very frustrating. They desperately need to work on their timeliness, communication, and transparency. As for the doctor and his staff, Dr. Gould seemed decent but I only saw him for a few minutes. The lady at the front desk was nice and accommodating.

I think Dr. Gould is a wonderful cardiologist, however, his office staff leave a lot to be desired. No one answers the phone, and if you try to get records, you get a message saying the mailbox is full and they're not accepting any messages. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous for a doctor's office. I tried faxing the office for my records and four times it failed. It said nobody picked up. What a shame, great doctor, lousy staff

Both of my parents went there to see Dr. Gould, but have since switched doctors. They were not pleased with the care they received, said the Dr. was nice but the office staff were not friendly. In addition, they keep receiving bills for a copay that they already paid back in May. My dad has sent them a letter and called to show the payment was made and the money has already been taken from their bank, yet the bills continue to show up. It's now October and they still haven't resolved that issue.

The Dr. assistant is rude and inconsiderate. I had called because needed refills and letter sign from the Dr that for High Blood pressure, and she not only deny the help but knowingly transfer me to front desk,(they all are sitting in the same area) who never pick up the phone. I tried to call her 10 more times and never picked up the phone again. Very rude and lacking of professionalism. They should change her. She should not be working there. Even though this happened the rest of the staff is great. I will increase the stars because the team does not deserve to pay for one person wrong attitude.
