I was blessed when I received Dr Zarate as my cardiologist. Most specialist are minimal time with patients and bare bones treatment. Dr Zarate listens to everything you say and addresses each thing with you in a way that you totally understand. He really is one in a million.

Horrible bedside manner. Horrible doctor. Very condescending. Spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Left the room before I could ask my questions. Said my high blood pressure was normal. I literally just had a stroke. Would not recommend at all. Save your money and your time. Go elsewhere if you want to be cared for properly.

Dr. Zarate has been my cardiologist for seven years. He has always listened, and explained whatever he was prescribing for my care. Would recommend him to anyone looking for cardiologist.

Took friend to ER for chest pain. Individual was having a heart attack. Dr Zarate was called in, he took control of the situation quickly and professionally. Explained exactly what he would be doing in cath lab. One hour later had resolved the problem and had my friend in ICU. Would recommend him highly

Horrible dr, talked condescendingly to my elderly father when he asked any questions. Also my dad stopped to use restroom as we were leaving, Dr Zarate thought we had left and I overheard him talking very poorly of my dad. Very arrogant and unkind doctor.
