Ascension Sacred Heart at Crestview

I'm updating my review from the last one, my last one was removed because of the bad reviews but that's okay I understand. Last time it was one star I'm giving it three stars just because of the online chat Representatives. The online chat Representatives do their hardest to make sure your needs are met. I will continue to update on my reviews, I have been a Google contributor for over 13 years. I speak only with the utmost honesty with my reviews to get my best point of view out to those who are looking for the best services. I do believe in chances and that there's always room to grow. First it was really rocky due to not having time management skills at the doctor's office and random canceling with no explanation. But recently I haven't had any problems. I'm really looking forward to my family's health care with Ascension Medical. We all have been patients with their affiliates in the past and have had excellent healthcare experiences with them. So moving forward I am hoping to see more progress and I will keep updating my reviews because that's what people like to see and I as well. Thank you for your growth, I appreciate it.

Nurse Mary is very sweet and enthusiastic. She welcomed me and was thorough and empathetic with triage. Dr. Pumphrey is a calming presence. I appreciated all the time she spent both listening and imparting knowledge regarding my current health. Her consultation was thorough, and she was fully engaged. She seems dedicated and of good character. I didn't feel like just another body being shuffled in and out.

Dr. Franklin has been my GP for over 14 years. She is thorough, caring and listens to what you tell her. She is truly the walking definition of what a physician should be! I was blessed to have been referred to her practice.

Appointment 8:45 pre-check online New patient first visit. Waited in the lobby 75 minutes before nurse Amy called me back to the office. Dr Johnson seemed as though he hadn't looked at all the records that I provided (evaluations, diagnosis, x-rays) and when asked if I had an MRI didn't give me a referral to schedule a MRI or seemed to be concerned about the health issue I was trying to describe. He did give me a referral to see my Cardiologist in January. I have a HMO and can not schedule a Radiology appointment until I get a new referral from Dr Johnson. I have been trying to contact the office with NO SUCCESS or RETURN CALL. Hopefully things will get better. That is all I can hope for if anyone cares. NON-HUMAN response is a disappointing failure and people who are confident in ai technology will be putting patients health care in jeopardy.

Jason Koh very sweet, and will do almost anything for you! He's genuinely a great Doctor. However my medications are never sent to the pharmacy, and now I'm stuck desperately trying to get in touch with anyone.
