She keeps everything seamless, from scheduling to follow-ups, and she always goes the extra mile -- even personally calling to ensure I had an urgent referral on time. Feels like these doctors are about getting people in and out for their insurance checks. I get into my appointment, talk to the nurse about my medicines or whatever. Wait another 20-30 minutes for the doctor to see me for all of about five minutes. He checks my breath real quick. Says he's gonna renew my prescriptions for my anxiety medicine, I tell him no because I have psycology and therapy providers that take care of that. He says oh okay well we'll enroll you in the our mental health program since you have anxiety and depression. I said no, again, I have providers. Then I go to the front desk to schedule whatever follow ups or whatever and they say okay and let's get you signed up for the Be Well program. "The what?" I ask. They tell me that's what the mental health program is called and I say "oh I told him no" and they said okay. Few days later I get a phone call and it's "Hey Louis, just following up to get you signed up for the Be Well program", again I tell them no. Even a couple days later while I'm at work again they call to get me signed up for the Be Well program and I tell them to please stop harassing me about their stupid Be Well program.

This was my first time as a new patient at this place. I was 10 min early to my appointment and was finally called back 30 min later. This place is like a medical flea market. As I was sitting there waiting, I witnessed complaints from other patients who came in regarding referrals sent, scheduling issues, & incorrect Rx dosages. When I went back, while the staff is kind, they are unprofessional. I stayed in the room an additional 20 minutes only for the nurse or whoever it was to come in and say, the doctor will be with you soon, we just have to do another Pap smear. WHY was that detail necessary? 30 minutes later, the nurse came in and hurriedly went through a checklist of questions about my past like she was on a timer, then told me the doctor will be with me shortly. 20 minutes later Dr. Susana comes in. This woman needs to retire. No eye contact, could barely understand her, she seemed disoriented or senile. She jabbed the speculum into my ear for literally ONE SECOND, it caused me pain then she says, "Oh in pain?" No genius, you just stabbed my ear!!! She looked in my other ear for ONE SECOND, then used a light with one sweeping motion across both eyes to say, "Everything good." I wanted my bloodwork and pap to be done that day because I work a lot and she could barely get the words out to explain why both wouldn't be possible. After I pushed back, I was able to get the pap done which was another JOKE. Not to mention I immediately took ill after leaving that office--the visit took TWO HOURS!!! I absolutely REGRET coming to this office and despise that I opted for this health insurance because if Sanitas is my only option, I'd rather die. The healthcare system is a lost cause. If I ever need medical assistance I'll Google assistance on WebMd because it appears that the doctors here DO NOT CARE or simply cannot because they've aged out and probably can't even afford to quit. In the meantime, I'm switching doctors because this is RIDICULOUS.

This was my first time at this practice, and I was immediately greeted and attended to. I'm not sure if it was just a special day at the office, but the wait time for the doctor to enter was surprisingly short, less than 10 minutes Dr. Brandt arrived promptly. She was very professional and thorough, answering all my questions and sharing some diet options with me. Dr. Brandt is a great doctor, and I'm looking forward to visiting her office in the future. I'm very pleased with my selection.

Last week was my first visit to this practice for a primary care annual visit. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in. Very short wait time until I was taken back to an exam room. Maria came into the exam room promptly. She was very professional and very informative. She had me go for a bloodwork and today she went over every item that was tested for and what the results meant. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new medical practice.
