Patient
Never got to see the doctor because my husband ended up waiting 2 hours. I called to discuss this and maybe making another appointment, but the receptionist (Diane or Diana?) had a very snippy attitude. She declared that my husband was a no-show and I then corrected her -- he DID go and waited 2 hours....not right or fair. My husband has a schedule too. When I mentioned that I wasn't sure if this was a good idea (to re-schedule again), she just said "thank you" and hung up. Not what I was hoping for. Apparently a two-hour wait is the norm because not once did she try to explain that this was out of the ordinary or offer to place him with another doctor in the group. The good news is that there are other doctors in the area where he can become a patient.
