This is the trashiest office I have ever dealt with. The office manager and front staff are wildly rude and unacceptable. They have withheld my test results for over a month. The doctor hasn't called me back any of the 3 times I've called for results in the last month. The manager has a clear attitude. They are full of lies and money hungry imo. At this point this constitutes insurance fraud, to do a test and withhold results means they're just trying to charge the insurance company. I asked for my results several times over the phone, I asked them to be emailed to me, for a call back from the Dr. no matter what the manager feels entitled to do whatever she pleases. They said they would instead send them to my primary when I said I wouldn't wait a month to be seen by the Dr to get results. If you can wait a month for a follow up in person then clearly you can give me my results over the phone or email. It is illegal to withhold my results from me but still didn't even send them to my primary. After confirming with my primary if they received tests for me they confirmed they didn't and when I called this office again for my results they lied and said they had spoken to me a week back and that they were waiting on the Dr to sign off, all lies. I worked at a medical practice for 5 years and have seen managers think they're greater than god himself. They refused to confirm my phone number, the staff was talking over me, wouldn't let me get a word in. Unacceptable. Dr Crespo, you and your office are a disgrace.
