Excellent service. My appt was right on schedule. Angelina that took care of the Eco Cardiogram was very professional , attentive ( bringing a pillow and blanket for me to feel more comfortable ) and extremely caring explaining what would be taking place and how long it might take and concerned that I would be relax and comfortable at all times. Thank you Baptist for choosing great employees!!!

Such professional and polite staff! Everyone from the valet guys, the receptionist, the admissions ladies, the receptionist on the 3rd floor (Cardiology), to the gift shop personnel. It's such a relief to be able to get tests done when people are this detailed and dedicated. Thank you so much for all your help!

On Oct.24th. as mentioned to, Jeffery C. Abucay, PA-C and Mayra Ruiz, Physician Practice Supervisor, we had to wait to the very last minute (three days before surgey) for my surgeon and myself to know and find out how many days I have to stop taking my 81 mg. aspirin, prior my knee replacement on Oct. 27th. when my surgeon has sugested approx. 10 days before surgery, as explained to both, Jeffery C. Abucay, PA-C and Mayra Ruiz, Physician Practice Supervisor, I wrote an email, called and left messages and No one had the cortesy to call me back and inform me. As explained to Ms. Mayra Ruiz, PPS andJeffery C. Abucay, PA-C , that was an insult and extremelly disrispectful for my life.

Excellence in patient care! Dr. Tarak Rambhatla is an excellent cardiologist who I have been seeing for a few years. I now had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ashok Mittal from the same cardiology group due to palpitations. He has an excellent bedside manner, and took the time to listen and explain as well! Both physicians are awesome!

Well run and efficient check-in, and caring staff. I have had the imaging once before, and continue to find the process most professional and affirming.
