Patient
He had been more pleasant a few years ago when he took me as a patient from another cardiologist who retired. But now he is rude, haughty, and condescending. He had received reports from a surgery I had about a hematoma which was in his files for several months and he had not read it. He doesn't listen to his patient. His assistant had to tell him the information. He is not concerned about his patients. I have been having palpitations and can duplicate it but he was not interested because the EKG was okay. His office does not always respond to messages though you are told they will call.
