Ashley is amazing!!! She was so sweet and so fun to talk to and helped ease my white coat syndrome. She charted a very detailed medical history and made sure all of my concerns were addressed and relayed to the doctor. My appointment didn't feel rushed and I could FEEL how much everyone cares about their patients.
I decided to switch primary physicians and I am already happy with my choice. This office is very attentive to patients needs. I also thought it's awesome they can do X-rays and blood work on site which will save me time and energy. They also referred me to someone and followed up to walk me through process. They also have an easy to use online portal.
Dr Bala and her staff are amazing. I take a lot of meds and she studies my situation deep. I thought it was getting old and losing my memory. Dr bawa did a blood test on me and saying that my vitamins were out of whack. She made some changes and told me to come back in 12 weeks. I feel fantastic!!! I can ask her questions and she explains everything very clearly without talking down to me. She makes me feel very relaxed and welcomed which reduces a lot of stress, because my blood pressure skyrockets when I go to doctors offices. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Dr Bala about a 47. She is great
