All of the nurses in the labor and delivery department were so kind and helpful. I felt taken care of and as comfortable as I could the entire stay. They had a room filled with snacks available whenever you'd like, even the people who brought you your meals were extremely polite. They provided a "celebratory meal" where you chose a 3 course meal after birth & they even brought one for dad, it was such a nice touch & was so appreciated. This was my 4th child and I've delivered at 3 different hospitals, this one was by far the most enjoyable experience & I would highly recommend giving birth here.

A Home Away From Home: Deep Gratitude for Your NICU We want to express our profound relief and heartfelt gratitude for the care our son received at your facility. We fought hard along side dr cartaya to transfer him from HCA trinity(worst nicu ever) , and frankly, the difference was life-changing. We got our son transferred to this facility from (hca trinity worst nicu ever) for several reasons: You offered better staffed, better care, a higher level of care and closer to home. From the moment we arrived, we were so happy with the level of care this NICU provided--you truly made us feel respected and dignified. This sentiment extended from the private room that offered us a peaceful sanctuary, right to the incredibly dedicated individuals like Dr. Cartaya and nurses. Thank you all! Y'all were all awesome in your own way. The person who made the most profound impact on our journey was undoubtedly Nurse Ronnie. She was exemplary in her efforts to assist me with everything I needed, but more importantly, she went above and beyond, truly allowing me to feel like a mother again. Her patient guidance and loving spirit coached me with different tactics to get our son to bottlefeed and breastfeed. This support was a priceless gift. I can't thank this NICU ENOUGH!!! You didn't just care for our son; you cared for our entire family with compassion and love.

I was just released today after 3 days in the North Tower 5th Floor, I came into the ER on Sunday, I was quickly taken to triage, the Doctor & Nurse in ER were great, they very quickly assessed & admitted me. The entire staff on the 5th Floor were amazing! From the greeting i received as my wheelchair entered and passed by the desk staff, to the wonderful caring Nurses I had: Esbert & Brianna were incredible. The Cardiologist: Dr. Gary Fischer, was kind & honest, informed me, answered my questions & educated me. Wonderful doctor! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The entire staff was respectful & professional. Thank you is not enough for all the great care I received.

I cannot say enough good things about the labor and delivery team during the birth of my son. Every nurse there was compassionate, attentive, and truly outstanding throughout the entire process. The doctor did a phenomenal job with the delivery. I especially want to recognize Christine W., RN, who went above and beyond in many ways. She coached us through post-delivery with patient and genuine care, helping us stay calm and informed during this special experience. Her encouragement, expertise, and constant presence made a tremendous difference for our family. We are incredibly grateful to Christine and the entire labor and delivery nursing staff for the exceptional care we received. Their dedication and professionalism will always be remembered.

Just experienced our 11th Grandbaby delivered at HCA Oak hill Labor and Delivery. A wonderful experience. Not just for me but for mom and dad and baby as well. The whole staff were professional kind and polite. Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in common language. I personally worked in hospitals for 25 years and OakHill is the best!! I also had a chance to speak to Raquel Ferreira the Director. She was very warm and welcoming to my experience and review. 5
