Dr. Gaurav Mathur, MD

I made an appointment in person the same day I filled out my new patient paperwork. A few weeks later I called to cancel my appointment. When I called to cancel I was told that there was no appointment. Today I received a call confirming my appointment for tomorrow. What a joke. In all fairness to the doctor I cannot comment on his service being that I was never seen by him. On the other hand this place needs to get itself in order and not waist people's time. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. My health and time are to important to be left in the hands of this establishment.

Doctor Mathur is not at this address or phone number since 4 years ago. Nobody has updated his information at his new location. An hour long wait while he was in the back room making curry. Office smells like wet dog on Mondays. Combative staff. Poor online portal. He seems nice and probably knows what he's doing, ordered every test in the world. You need good insurance here.

if i could only give 0 start review. this office is terrible made my appointment 2 weeks out. show up to the appointment like i was told with all my prescription insurance card dr referral and the little card they give out for the appointment with date and time. for them to say we dont have you on the system. the lady that took my information and set up the appointment acted like if she dint know who i was. little they now they playing with my now i have 2 way 2 more weeks with different dr

As referred by my dads physician we went to see dr Mathur. After waiting in his office for 1 1/4 hour we were told it would be another 1/2 hour. My dad is 90 years old and not feeling well. He decided to reschedule and was told he would have to wait again as the dr is never on time and they never know when he will arrive regardless of having scheduled appointments. We will find another doctor who is committed to patient centered care.

Rude office staff, never going to go to this office again, the staff as well as the office staff don't care and have poor communication skills, guess that's what you get when you have been a patient for years. LACK OF RESPET AND PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE STAFF. I really liked Dr Mather but he is blindsided by his office staff. It's ashame that he lost me as a long time Patient because of the poor staff!
