I recently had the pleasure of visiting my mother's doctor's office, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience pleasant from start to finish. The office itself was immaculate and well-kept, which added to our comfort. I was particularly impressed by the office manager, who took the time to introduce herself to my mother and me, providing her card and making us feel welcomed. When the doctor came in, I was very pleased with his approach. He took the time to address all of my mother's medical conditions and walked us through every step of the process. It's a blessing to have found such a caring and dedicated team. They treat their patients like family, and the level of care provided is truly exceptional. If you're looking for a doctor's office that prioritizes your well-being, look no further. Awesome doctor, awesome staff!

Like previous review, this practice has gone downhill severely since Dr Mazariegos sold the practice and should be avoided. As of today my appointment card was different than their system thus I missed an appointment. They constantly need calling to fill prescriptions. I have only seen the Doctor once and it was a fairly good experience but feel the incompetence off the office lies with the administration staff.

Excellent experience as a patient , high standards of care from reception to provider office, particularly Dr . Luis Candales , excellent and experience professional, kind and good listener, I highly recommended him as primary care provider to all my friends and family.

Been a patient for 16 hrs and never had a problem new doctor was very rude and unprofessional wouldn't even let me see my primary doctor had to change clinic and place a complaint with Medicare terrible experience

STAY AWAY from this practice! Too bad Dr. Mazariegos sold the clinic. Since this company took over it has been nothing but headaches to deal with them. A pain to get a visit, a problem to get meds filled, a problem to get refills. No wonder my family has left or are leaving this practice. I really don't see how they can believe they "have done their part correctly" when they can even get a prescription approved. My wife went somewhere else for her care and got the medicine approved and in her hands within a week. I've been waiting almost a month and nothing. No calls form their part to keep me updated, no calls to tell me it has been denied and that they will work to get it approved. All they tell me is, " you have 2 options, find something else or pay out of pocket, we have done our part." Seriously! the PA was outgoing and understanding but the people in the offices should not be in customer service.
