AWFUL with follow up and appointments. Multiple phone calls with no callback. They cancel your appointment SAME DAY and do not reschedule them with you. You Call with issues like Afib time and again without an appointment or return calls unless you are relentless for months and even then they schedule you out 6-8 months. Now, I've literally been waiting since October for an appointment to review the results of my echocardiogram. It truly is an incredibly unprofessional Office.

I was lucky enough to make contact with Dr. Fahmi after 2 emergency visits to the hospital. Dr. Fahmi is not only an excellent Doctor, but has great patient skills, takes plenty of time and was more than willing to answer any and all of my questions! All of the staff that I came in contact with, both in person and on the phone, conducting themselves professionally and were patient centered.

I have been going here for 4 years, I can't say I have seen the same issues as other people here. While I understand impatience as well, if you're at the Cardiologist's Office you're not a priority, the guy that is getting rushed in and currently dying in the hospital is. Should be glad to not be in a condition that they are rushing to see you. If you wait, you are inconvenienced, if they wait they die.

1 star only for the front desk staff and the MA that were nice and caring and compassionate. Dr. Tramboli showed none of the traits the rest of his team did. Under no circumstances should a doctor say to a patient that was sent to him for care from their pcp say "this is why cardiologists don't like dealing with your condition." ..... what medical professional says that to a patient? While I understand you may not be an expert in my condition, that is absolutely unacceptable. Also, when asking your patient a question, maybe allowing them to finish their sentence before interrupting would be a good next step. 0 bedside manners. I don't think I finished a complete sentence the entire time during the appointment. And texting on your phone TWICE while I was going through my medical history?! Also, maybe introduce your MA/Nurse a bit nicer next time and don't write her off when doing introductions, everyone knows they are the backbone of medical offices. Will be seeking care elsewhere since Dr Tramboli hates dealing with my condition! Wouldn't want to cause any extra stress for you by trying to seek care for myself.

Excellent experience with Dr Tamboli and his entire staff. Husband was new patient with upcoming surgery and we needed quick cardiac clearance. They were able to do echo and nuclear stress test within 2 days to clear him. Dr Tamboli and his staff were compassionate and helpful in all aspects of our various appointments and attentive to our needs.
