Dr. Leal has every attribute of an excellent doctor. He listens intently and is patient-focused and kind! He is very professional, combined with a great sense of humor which made me feel at ease. I especially like his holistic approach, and look forward to achieving my health goals under his care. The staff was very kind, and his nurse Joanna is professional and charming!
I called Dr. Leal's office with a medical issue that might require the doctor to order a MRI or a CT scan .I called 5 times over 3 days and never got a return call. Finally decided to talk directly to a clinician today. I told her my issues, and she said she would relay my information to the doctor and someone would call me back. No one called. Very disappointed in this office's caring. I have been with HCA Blake Primary Care since moving to Florida .I have been a patient of their practice for 13 years with Dr. Alexander & Dr. Mardones. Never had a problem.until now. Not any more!!!. Going to find a new PCP. Will be giving them a negative review on the BBB and any other website I can find.
Dr Leal took his time with me and my wife. He discussed all my issues at hand. His objective is to get me off medications, which makes me ecstatic. This experience was by far my best decision.
Dr Leal is young and extremely patient focused. Spent a lot of time talking to me in order to get to know me and did a great job explaining what I needed to do in order to control my diabetes. I was impressed with both he and his staff when it came to their professionalism
