Patient
I was referred to Dr. Enrique for a procedure. The office called and set a date and time. Then when I called with a question, I could not speak to anyone as I wasn't a patient. The staff claimed to not have any paperwork and told me I wasn't scheduled for the procedure after all. I was asked to please speak to someone to discuss this and my original question and told I would get a call back. 8 hours later there was no call back and I called again. Once again I was told there was no paperwork for me and I would not be able to speak to anyone until they could find the paperwork and confirm I was a patient. This is not how a staff should operate. I felt like a number and no more than a piece of meat. I am asking my doctor for a different referral in the morning. The doctor may be great but his staff are the absolute WORST. Avoid like the plague if you want to be more than another number.
