Dr. Acharya was an exceptional Physician with excellent bedside manners. He did not hesitate to spend quality time with myself and my mother to answer any of our questions and address our concerns. As a Nurse of over 20 years, I would highly recommend this most devoted Physician!!
So angry and frustrated! Waited All this time to have appointment with the Actual cardiologist Dr. Acharya and he ended up being completely arrogant and certainly not prepared nor concerned. Glad my husband went with to witness just how horrible this doctor is. After all this time he said well I'm pretty sure your heart is good because tests so far were OK And since you don't have history of heart problems and not had heart attack in the past.. My husband just about jumped down his throat and said Seriously? She had a heart attack in 2010 and stent put in and has printzmetal So the doctor said I don't see any issues so far with the tests and I think you should see pulmonolgist to figure it out. He said your blood pressure is high and your heart rate was OK.. AFTER we left I noticed he had given me a note that he scribbled on and on the backback was where the nurse wrote my BP and pulse on AND my pulse was 110! He Never even looked at what she wrote for my pulse! My husband and I were trying to tell him how bad it is getting and he just walked out of the room like we didn't exist.. PLUS he billed for "3 minutes of health related risks from smoking" AND NEVER ONCE mentioned smoking to me!! We will not be returning to see Dr. Acharya again!
This place is the worst!! Every time you call they put you on hold for an easy 20 to 30 mins. I'll have an appointment and I'll come in and then they'll tell me "oh it was cancelled." And not even calling me to tell me that. Three times they have cancelled my stress test appointment and it just happens again last week. This appointment is crucial in order to get my social security benefits and they could care less.
has no respect for the patient. twice I went to the clinic to do tests and they said there was nothing being called to confirm. at the clinic receptionists are rude .this doctor didn't stay 2 minutes with me in the room, he didn't hear my complaints.
