This office is rude and inconsiderate. Weeks ago we had booked appointments for Thursday 1/14/21 at 9am and Friday 1/15/21 at 10am. They called us today 1/13/21 after 4:30pm and said, "We double-booked ourselves, and we're going to have to change your appointment on Friday 1/15/21 to 3pm." Also, they are expensive!
