I really hate to give a bad review but unfortunately, this is n necessary. On June 14, I met with Robert at the Center who gave me a very informative and detailed tour and I met a few of the doctors and the staff and I was blown away by how great I thought it was unfortunately the picture presented to me on the Center and it's practices was not quite what it really is. I had appointments every month but I never got a primary care physician. I was told he was coming in October and then I would have a primary care physician but until then I was seeing whoever was on call so I could not get a referral for my cardiologist or for a mammogram with an ultrasound. I was told that they are not in their network my network did not matter it was their network. I told them that's not right. I called Blue Cross Blue Shield and they assured me that they needed to give me a referral however, the only doctors there they can give a referral or your primary care physician of which I've been waiting five months since June I was supposed to get one this week, but after getting an email telling me of a time change for for my appointment I called the center and I spoke with a lovely woman named Antoinette, who unfortunately told me that the doctor I was supposed to see my primary care. Physician was not on board yet he was still learning their system so my appointment was canceled. I waited seven weeks for that appointment and I could not see anybody, but then Antoinette called me back and told me come in as a walk-in which I did I was told I would see the doctor I had originally asked for, but then over the months was told She cannot take any new patients. The entire time I have been with this facility has been one problem after the other, I can't get the drugs that I need. They changed my heart doctor drugs. They took me off my diabetes medicine that was working fantastic because they say it's a weight loss drug. Meanwhile, it was working great on my diabetes. My A1c went down. What more could I ask for and no, I didn't lose a ton of weight. I lost like 8 pounds. Unfortunately the place is presented as a one stop shopping area for all your doctors needs and it is not that whatsoever. I've never given a bad review. This is a first but think twice about going here and making it your Place.
