I would rather not share my comments about all areas. But my new Dr. Dr. Julia was wonderful. No love her and hope she is permanent. She's so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, as well as relating some of her experiences with my condition that I was never given before.
I had an appointment at this location 11/11of this year. I called the office on 11/10 to inform them at this time I had a medical emergency out of town and would contact them when I returned. I have since been contacted 6 times in the last week about missed appointments. It turned out there was a death in the family. I'm still receiving calls as of today from the same office. Time to go back to the Archwell I came from. I moved and this location was closer, but they just don't listen.
I love this place all the people that work there are so sweet and friendly and I've got to be friends with a couple of them they are so sweet I love my doctor and all the people he has working for him
This rating is based on my experience, so I made an appointment 3 months in advance so I was walking out the door so I can be there early because I knew I had to do a lot of paperwork well I get a call the Doctor isn't in so we need to reschedule so a week later I get there 20 minutes early now this is a different one, lady walks out 25 minutes and tells me you didn't fill out all the paperwork now I was there sitting in lobby doing nothing and I could have did the paperwork had they given me all the paperwork, attempt #3 this was the worst Dr was up in age spent most of his time on his lap top he listened to my back and heart and got back on his lap top 3 hr wasted . That was it for me , I called Humana and changed my PCP TO A DIFFERENT OFFICE
