After driving 40 min to get to the Atlantis location to see Alexander Chernobelsky bc it was the soonest appointment I could get for my 18 yr old daughter who was hospitalized for passing out, I was asked to reschedule after paying the copay and filling out the registration papers. We waited weeks to be seen and arrived at 4:04. The lady at the front tried to say it was us who were arrived at 4:15, but good ole Life 360 proved otherwise. When I asked to speak to the doctor, She said "he's already gone for the day." I could not believe it. My daughter has been feeling dizzy ever since her hospital stay, and we just want answers and to help her get treated. This not only prolongs those answers, it was also a big convenience as we all took off work to attend the appt. Needless to say, I'm turned off big time now. For a cardiologist, Alexander Chernobelsky has no heart as he left us high and dry. We will not be seeing any doctors from Medical Specialists or the Palm Beaches, and you should think twice before going there because if he doesn't care about seeing patients who have an appointment, I wouldn't trust him with your treatment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this regional hospital office, particularly with Dr. Penuela and the overall lack of responsiveness from the staff. After learning about my husband's severe aortic stenosis, I reached out multiple times for a call back regarding his condition, but to my dismay, Dr. Penuela never returned my calls. In addition to this frustrating lack of communication, I requested that the office prepare the disk with his latest EKG for retrieval. Despite my repeated requests, no one followed up with me. Frustrated by the silence, I decided to visit the office in person to collect the disk myself. Upon my arrival, I faced further disappointment. The first secretary I approached was reluctant to assist me in searching for the disk. After I insisted, she finally asked another staff member in the back office, who also seemed unwilling to help. I was left waiting for an entire hour with no updates or sense of urgency. In stark contrast, my experience at Boca Regional was seamless. They prepared the CD in just five minutes and did so without any hassle. This level of efficiency and professionalism is what I expected from a healthcare provider, especially concerning something as serious as my husband's condition. Overall, I cannot recommend this regional hospital office based on my experience. The lack of communication, unhelpful staff, and unnecessary delays are unacceptable, particularly when dealing with life-threatening health issues. I sincerely hope they improve their patient care and responsiveness in the future.

Dr. Amaez has a gentle and sympathetic approach to his cardiac patients. When you need to, you can get an appointment right away. He really is exceptionally knowledgeable about the medications, and took good care of my husband. Dr. Amaez treats us with respect. Under this great care, improvement is possible. We highly recommend Dr. Amaez. And the whole medical and clerical office staff carry over this respect and care for patients.

Dr. Stephen Krasner is a top notch cardiologist, who listens and shows respect. I did try to recommend him to a friend before COVID. She wasn't patient in trying to schedule an appointment with him. I would definitely recommend Dr. Krasner in the future.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Amaez. He has an awesome "bedside manner". If we call him we always get a prompt call back. AWESOME DR. !!!!!!
