Dr Michael Metzger cardiologist

Horrible, arrogant, full of himself and does not listen to you. He has his hand on the side of his head leaning on his elbow like he could care less what questions you have or answering them. It is clear has Napoleon syndrome!! Don't waste your time with him as he could care less about you. He just wants to move on to the next patient. He is unprofessional and needs to change careers. Seeing a cardiologist as a new patient is a very important appointment to the patient and they expect to be able to ask questions without being shut down and interrupted!!! I will NEVER return to Dr. Metzger again.

Front desk staff is horrible, they are cold & rude. They were not willing to help me with a scheduling error. They have a call center making their appointments for them, so they are clueless at the front desk about if you do/do not have an appointment. They canceled my appointment without even contacting me/notifying me. I have been waiting 2 weeks for this appointment due to being hospitalized with a heart condition & they couldn't even respectfully contact me to tell me the appointment is cancelled. Never returning here or recommending this cardiovascular office to anyone.

This was my first preliminary visit with Dr. Metzger. He made me feel comfortable. He took the time to explain the plan to a healthy life style and to track my progress. I am extremely happy.

From the moment I walked into the office I was impressed. Was happily greeted by the front desk. Felt safe and comfortable with the social distancing in the waiting room. And pleasantly surprised at how on time they were. Being this was my first visit I was expecting to have a wait and I did not. Dr. Metzger himself was personable, great bedside manner and thorough. As I was checking out, all the staff were so sweet and friendly, I jokingly offered to pay them just so I could work there! Highly recommend.

Dr Metzger is amazing. He is so caring and patient. He always answers all my questions and doesn't end out visit until I understand and feel all my questions and concerns have been answered. I never feel rushed and I respect and trust his recommendations and advice. I ask him for referrals because I trust his choices. He makes you feel like you are family.. He genuinely cares about his patients. My mom, Irene Finneran is also his patient, 89 yes old and out of all her doctors when she was taken to hospital, he is the only one who didn't send another doctor, he showed up himself. Can you tell, I can't say enough good things about him. He is the best at what he does. Sometimes you may have to wait in his office for a bit but believe me when I say, he is well worth it and you will not regret your decision...
