My husband , Roy Truelove, has been going to Dr Daniel for years. We found Dr Daniel to be caring, smart and straightforward. I recently needed his expertise myself. I thought I would need some procedure to be done but he assured me that it isn't necessary at this point. His office is neat and clean. His staff is wonderful. They work as a unit. Very happy with all.
Caring staff, and excellent timely service. Dr. Daniel is very kind, knowledgeable, caring. He took his time to explain things and made sure my questions were answered. Highly recommend him!
Great friendly staff that is typically on top of things
Dr. Daniel is the best. However, recent changes in support staff - from the front desk to billing - ruins the whole experience. I've waited over a week for results from a stress test - 1 to 2 days they said - and every time I call they ask for a follow-up appointment. The doctor promised a call. The medical staff is awesome. Now it seems it's all about $$$. I can't afford a visit every time I need a conversation. The results of the stress test are time sensitive so I can have another procedure. Need results, not another appointment. Id' give the doctor a 5 staff but staff brings it to a 3.
Doctor is good. Previous front office staff was professional and caring. The recent staffing (or one of them that I interacted with is poorly equipped to take calls) Needs to get better trained front desk staff. Who gives a patient with palpitations and appointment a week later when calling a cardiologist?
