I am just very impressed with my unexpected visit today. I have never been to a hospital with such a bright and caring mood from literally all of the staff. They saw me very quick and were very thorough helping me get to feeling better. What really made the experience was the time I had waiting for my Uber out front. Not only did my phone die and the vallet guy graciously offered to help without hesitation, but I also had a nurse offer me half of her food she just had delivered because I mentioned I got dropped off during work and hadn't had lunch. I usually dread hospitals and do everything within my power to not go for a multitude of reasons but today I found none of those usual reasons here. Bravo everyone and thank you again

Great staff and fast testing. "Flo" was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make sure I got out as soon as possible while running every test necessary. The untrasound tech went out of her way to text the Dr. directly to look at my chart and make sure I got home to my kids as fast as possible. The Dr. personally called me at 9pm and took 30 minutes on the phone so I could get discharged that night. Great throughout experience. Definitely recommend.

The Paramedics were stellar. All 3 were top notch guys, impeccable with their service, care and consideration.
The ER staff at Baptist Health were very helpful. They were very quick with their process and attentiveness. They did a number of tests on the stop to figure out the problem and had several staff check in on us regularly. After the results, we were given specialist recommendations to rule out any other any issues, as everything came back negative (give thanks and praise), and our vitals were stable upon discharge. We definitely felt safe and cared for and can recommend them to anyone in the area seeking immediate medical attention.

Typical skeptical.of going into ER in general. Been at East and Weat and other hospitals. Long admission process and long wait to.be seen initially and long wait to see a doctor and get a diagnosis and treatment plan. Imagine my surprise (possibly partially due to the demand at.my arrival time on a Sunday morning. I walked in - the admitting clerk signed me in using Baptisits ne automated system - took 3 minutes. An orderly was waiting to take me back to.an exam room immediately. Upon being seated on the gurney I was immediately triage by 3 separate nurses and the attending ER duty doctor introduced himself and got some info on my complaint. They drew blood, took a mobile x-ray and then the attending ER Resident came in and did a thorough bedside exam and ordered a CT of the chest ( complaint involved suspect pulmonary problem referred by Dr
Keller.) When the CT had been performed and read the doctor promptly returned and said the results showed pneumonia in both lungs and he was going to contact and advise Dr.Keller by phone. He then returned to let me know that they decided against. Admitting me but would administer an IV cocktail (my words) and send me home with oral antibiotics. All in it took about 4 hours to get me in and out. The Doctor(s), nursing staff and Technicians were knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and seemed genuinely concerned. I left with peace of mind that my condition was.now.under control. Best hospital experience ever (I'm 78 and have had a few over the years in many cities and states) BAR NONE. Thank You Bethesda East ER Team.

Efficient intake, respectful and caring treatment. Entire service team led by Dr. Caravallo (sp?) asked thorough questions to get to a diagnosis. Treatment was good and explained. Each drug as it was given was identified. Good explanation of what I needed to do after discharge. Excellent experience. Thanks for asking.
