ProScan NCH Imaging

For starters, the Saturday clinic availability was an added bonus! The front desk person and the tech were first class in every way. Kind but also very professional and thoughtful! A pleasant experience!

Came in last week for a CT scan.. I was in and out within an hour.. location was easy to get to, the young lady who assisted me at check in was polite but the young lady who did the CT scan was awesome, friendly and helpful.. there is no patient portal so if you need a copy of your results they will give you a email address for you to email.. I was impressed how quickly ProScan got my results to me..I would definitely feel comfortable returning for any future test with proscan.

My Dr. ordered an expedited Ct-Scan with contrast for a suspected aneurism. Proscan ensured that it was scheduled the next day. The staff were very polite, experienced professionals who completed the scan and had me on my way in a very short time. My husband and are grateful the Proscan answered the call!

I was there today for a CT scan and I have to say how impressed I was! I have had many scans in the last 5 years, but have never been so impressed with the staff at any location I have been to. The girls at the front desk were all lovely. Amira checked me in and was beyond sweet . Kevin and Kerry were the technicians who did my contrast IV and administered the CT scan. Both were so nice and explained everything they were doing. Honestly, it has been a while since I have been this blown away by any service...especially in the medical field. Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience.

Excellent experience as usual! The women at the desk are very friendly but my tech that I usually have is absolutely amazing! He is so kind explains everything beautifully helps you on the table and just a great attitude!! I was there on September 11th 2025 I wish I knew his name but I don't but he's there an awful lot!
