I am a nurse & very choosy as to who I trust with my health. The staff & providers at the Bonita office are exceptional. I prefer a doctor who knows his stuff & who does not simply throw a medication as a quick fix. I need education to take care of my health. Jessie & Dr Triana take time to teach & they listen. They focus on the issue to resolve the problem without throwing a Band-aid on it. Nurses are often the worst patients! But I do listen The girls in the office seem to provide smooth processing of data & clients through their office. I truly appreciate this staff's expertise.

Have been. Patient of Dr Jason Triana for three years and it all started well. I have referred 4 persons I work with to him. My initial visit was with his PA Jesse. She is as cold as Ice. I wanted to have a prescription for Mounjaro. She told me she was not going to prescribe it because she was not going to call the insurance company , she said most of the time they want us to call. I then told her I wanted to speak to the doctor and once I scheduled with him he prescribed the medicine. We are not done yet, the prescription was sent incorrectly and with the wrong dose. This was not the first time it happened three other times . I have requested to speak to his nurse and it was a waste of time she took sides with her employee Gaby (she is the worst one, no etiquette) My fiancee , has been on blood thinners. I reached out recently about my fiancee, she has been having issues with a DVT Left femoral vein. Dr. Triana thought it would be safe to taker her off so she would be able to have a procedure she needed to have done. She ended up at Health Park again with another DVT. The hospital recommended to have her seen by a Hematologist. We called the hematologist and he requested a referral. We have contracted Dr Triana's office and requested a referral provided the information when they first opened at 9:00 am at 12:00pm I went to the patient portal and still no referral. I called and requested it again I was told it had not been sent to the Doctor I asked to speak to him or have him call me , Dr Triana had previously stated in our last appt to have the desk send him a message, I asked the receptionist, she hung up. I tried calling several times but they never responded because they have caller id. We still do not have the referral. We seniors or anybody should have to deal with theses young people who do not care about us patients. We pay for our services and should have a staff that is caring and efficient. There are many doctors in our area that have a competent, professional, and caring staff.

Just like finding a great hairdresser ... hard to find a great doctor! I got lucky when I found Dr Triana ...my search is over. Kind, caring and easy to talk to! Thank you Doctor Triana!

Love Dr. Triana!! Easy to talk to, never rushed and always listens to your concerns. Office is efficient also. You can speak to someone when you call and they offer same day appts if you are sick. Usually with the PA, but I love Lorena also!

Their staff is very friendly and always accommodating. Dr Triana is the best. He spent a lot of time with me and answered any question that I had. Great personality as well. Also feel that he gave me great recommendations for some of the physical and health goals that I want to accomplish.
