I was in today. I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff was! Probably the best bedside manner I've ever had with my nurse and doctor. There wasn't a long wait either.

30 minute round trip, during lunch time no less! Walked in, waiting room was empty and was seen immediately for assessment. Waited less than 5 minutes in waiting room before getting called back. Thorough review, concise explanations and such a positive experience!!! Honestly, this is my go-to, and most highly recommended walk-in to everybody. Thank you!!!!!!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Lee Health Physician Group at Bonita Health Center for the exceptional care I received during a very difficult time. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly cared for and supported. A special thank you to Kim at the reception, who welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. Catherine Abounader, Brittany, and Andrea were all incredibly attentive, and Andrea, in particular, showed such a sweet and compassionate attitude that truly made a difference. And to Rachel, the last person I saw at the desk--thank you for your gentle and thoughtful attention as well. Dealing with the pain of shingles has been overwhelming, but every concern I had was taken seriously, and I felt genuinely listened to and cared for by each member of the team. Thank you once again for your dedication, warmth, and professionalism. It means more than words can express.

I recently visited this urgent care center, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was dealing with mild food poisoning and was in distress due to hyperventilation. All I needed was IV fluids because I was dehydrated and something for nausea/indigestion. While they gave me the nausea medication, they refused to provide IV fluids and instead tried to send me to a nearby emergency room, even though I made it clear that I wanted to avoid the unnecessary expense of an ER visit. I have insurance, but an ER trip is significantly more costly, and this urgent care was fully equipped to handle my request. The staff was cold and unwelcoming throughout the visit, which only added to my anxiety. It felt like they were more interested in offloading me than providing proper care. The whole place seemed like a glorified waiting room for minor issues, like a school nurse's office where they hand out sick notes and treat minor cuts. It was disheartening to be dismissed like that, and I left feeling more confused and frustrated than when I arrived. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking real medical care.
