Patient
Dr. Seckler was my father's cardiologist for many years and seems like a very good dr. Not to pile on about the office but...the only way to pay a bill is by check, phone or in-person. In 2025 what bill can't be paid online? So I called the office to pay my dad's most recent bill. The person I spoke to was lovely but when I noted that my father passed away last week her response was to cheerily say, "oh ok I'll make a note." My father was a patient of that practice for over 20 years, wouldn't a "our condolences" have been the right response?
