I had my first visit with Dr. Rubenstein today and it was such a positive experience. He's very knowledgeable and friendly with a great bedside manner. He really took the time to listen and then explain the course of treatment. His staff was excellent and all of my interactions with the front desk were great. I highly recommend Dr. Rubenstein.
I recently had my first cardiologist appointment ever. I was a little nervous but within a very short time I felt at ease. I had an appointment with Dr Rubenstein and before I saw him I was with Amanda for preliminary stats and questions. She was sweet and comforting. When Dr Rubenstein came in I connected right away and felt at total ease. He was friendly, thorough and patient. He didn't rush me or our visit. I am so happy I found this practice.
Dr. Rubenstein is an excellent cardiologist with top notch credentials from Mass General Hospital & Harvard Medical School. He is compassionate, initiates discussion with patients, dedicated to his profession and has a great bedside manner.
Dr Rubenstein literally saved my life. I was suffering from nerve pain in my neck with pain radiating into my head, down my arms & across my chest. My neurologist said all of this was caused by my nerve issue. Dr Rubenstein was suspicious about the chest pain being unrelated so he ordered a stress test which showed some blockage & a catheterization was done which revealed 2 blockages of 99% & 1 of 95% requiring an immediate quadruple by-pass. Had Dr Rubenstein not had his instincts & suspicions that the chest pain was unrelated to the nerve issue, the doctors told me I was due for a massive heart attack or would simply drop dead. Not only is he a great cardiologist, but he has the most wonderful bed side manner & always has time for questions & even some talk about his beloved Red Sox. Even though I am a devout Yankees fan I can't possibly say a bad word about him. Simply put, he's the BEST!
Nasty staff. Hung up on my elderly father and wouldn't help him with a request. They should be ashamed
