I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was frustrating. I waited nearly two hours past my appointment time, only to get my blood pressure and EKG done. I never saw a doctor or an NP. I left without a diagnosis and no next steps. They scheduled me for a tilt test in May and never told me my doctor was out of town. I was promised a same-day call with results that never came. After following up multiple times, someone told me to start a medication, then later said they had no record of that. My doctor was gone for over a month, and scheduling was a mess. I've since seen a different doctor in NYC and finally got some answers. I would not recommend this office. Poor communication and lack of respect for patients' time.

On August 29, 2025 I had a pacemaker inserted by Dr. Murray Rosenbaum. I am 75 years old. From the moment I walked into the surgery center, until I left, I had excellent care by Dr. Rosenbaum and his fabulous staff. I highly recommend this practice. I am so grateful that I found Cardiac Arrhythmia Services and I am thrilled to say I feel fabulous. Thank you, Dr. Rosenbaum for your superb care. Can't wait to see you for my follow up visit. The scheduling department put us through an agonizing 2 weeks (!) of telephone tag and ignored 2 voicemails and an email from the front office to use my phone number instead of my husband's for the best chance to connect. We have lots of other appointments to juggle, so this made us totally overwhelmed. Even though the doctors might do good work (we don't know that yet), we strongly recommend that you use a different practice!

I have been a patient of this practice since 2021. The doctors I've dealt with are Rosman and Kloosterman. I have always had good experiences, and I would highly recommend this practice.

I am currently on hold for an appointment. I began at 9th in the queue, I am now 4th and it has been 1 HOUR 9 MINUTES on hold. Over an hour and they have only answered 5 appointment calls. I am not hopeful i will even be able to get an appointment in 2023. **Update 1 (12:27 pm): I am now #1 in the queue but this is when the office goes to lunch so I wonder if they leave me in the queue for their entire hour and a half lunch or if they answer all calls before going. CURRENT HOLD TIME: 1 HOUR 44 MINUTES. **Update 2 (12:41pm): Answer solved. They do, in fact, let you hold the entire time they are at lunch. I am no longer listening to the hold music and I called from my other phone to confirm they now have their answering service on. CURRENT HOLD TIME: 1 HOUR 59 MINUTES **UPDATE 3/ATTEMPT 1: turns out that when they go to lunch they put you immediately to their voicemail without notice. All of a sudden the music stops. 10 minutes later i hear a message that says "your voicemail has reached the maximum length". I had no idea I was even recording one. I re-recorded it again letting them know my final hold time and requested a call back. TOTAL HOLD TIME: 2 HOURS 14 MINUTES. **UPDATE 4/ATTEMPT 2: I am now once again gathering snacks and bottled water as i venture back in to the queue of doom trying to get an appointment with this doctor's office. Today feels slightly more hopeful as I am currently #2 in the queue and it has only been 22 minutes. Now to be fair, I was called #2 when I called in 22 mins ago but today is a new day so I will be optimistic! **UPDATE 5/ATTEMPT 2: Sadly, today was also not my day. After being on hold for 1 HOUR 8 MINUTES, the office has closed for the day and I have been put to voicemail.
