A first class practice with great doctors and staff. I have been seeing Dr. Chiravuri for a number of years and he is a great doctor and surgeon. He is located in suite 101 past the elevators, near the end of the first floor hallway.

I wish there were more STARS to rate this top notch professional, patient caring medical staff . The office manager Ana, is supported by a first rate versatile operations group; Maggie,Alex,Mimi,Lachanze. I flew from New Jersey to meet with my mother's Dr . Ravi Chiravuri,M.D., F.A.C.C. unfortunately for me this visit requires a "REFERRAL" you know where I'm going with this... WELL MAGGIE and Alex went into action Mimi and Lachanze were providing verbal troubleshooting suggestions. Fortunately for me, I had in front of me a well trained and knowledgeable team but in my opinion it's their passion in helping the patients that rises above and beyond their job descriptions!!!!!!!
I had an appointment for 3:00 and was called in less than 10 minutes. Radiology procedure was only about 15 minutes and I was out. The technician was very professional and discreet, which as a female it's very comforting when the technician is male. Overall it was a very quick and smooth experience.
I'm sorry but everytime I've been here, my doctor NEVER meets me at my appointment time. The longest I've had to wait for my cardiologist was this latest visit, it was 1 1/2 hours!I find this totally unacceptable unless of course a severe emergency occurs, which never has in all my visits to this office. My dr. comes in and time spent with me feels "rushed"and I ask questions of him that I want answered from him, which he does, but I hate having to sit in a room for more than 15 minutes. It's not fair to patients because we have other obligations too, and have to alter our other appointments because of these very long waiting periods. I hope this changes in the future. Thank God I don't have to go back until next much later next year...I hope!
My mother is a patient of Dr. Lister's and has been to the clinic three times. At least two visits to the clinic resulted in very bad experiences. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff is very unprofessional and there is a glaring lack of communication among them. I attended one of her appointments with her on Friday, December 16th and unfortunately, I can only report a terrible experience. Our experience at the clinic was negative largely due to one very specific employee who was very aggressive and blatantly disrespectful to my mother and me. My mother had an appointment for an Echo, stress test, and heart monitor attachment at 10:30 that morning. After the tests, my mother was told to wait for a nurse to issue her a heart monitor attachment. We were there three hours and later found out that no one communicated to the nursing staff that my mother was ready to be seen and to have the heart monitor attached. I went to the front desk on three separate occasions to inform them that we were still waiting and I received different responses from staff each time: "the nurse stepped out", "the nurse is on the phone with the doctor", and then later "wait 15 more minutes". At approximately 2:10pm, after waiting to be seen for several hours, I noticed that most of the staff in the clinic were gathering in a lounge to have lunch in the room next to where my mother and I were waiting. The clinic was filled with patients waiting to be seen when we arrived on time for our appointment, but at this time my mother was the only remaining patient in the clinic. I asked once again if there was anyone available to attach my mother's heart monitor and I was told one specific nurse was the only one who could do so. As my mother and I stood in the hallway, we heard someone in the lounge shout, "they're going to have to wait because anybody here can put the monitor on!". The nurse then left the lounge with her lunch in hand and proceeded to enter the hallway and scream at my mother - telling her that she needed to wait. Obviously, I did not appreciate what I saw as blatant disrespect towards not only my mother but a regular patient at this clinic. We waited for more than four hours and all we needed was to have the heart monitor attached. My mother is a diabetic, elderly, and English is a second language for her. I immediately intervened and asked the nurse if she could stop yelling at my mother. The nurse's anger and hostility only heightened after that to the point where someone else had to physically pull her back and force her into another room and close the door. At this particular point, my mother and I were extremely uncomfortable and did not want this person to be anywhere near us - whether to attach a heart monitor or for any other reason. I requested that another nurse assist us with the placement and the task took less than five minutes. I have never experienced such awful behavior and disrespect from a medical professional. On top of that, at no point did this employee apologize for the confrontation or the fact that we had to wait for such a long time. This appointment was the result of rescheduling of a prior appointment where my mother arrived on time and waited for nearly three hours and was still not seen by a technician. The original appointment was for 8:30am on December 14, 2022. After arriving at the clinic that day, my mother waited to be seen and the technician never showed up. The staff informed my mother that the technician was sick and sent home. She was also told that someone else would attach the heart monitor, but no one ever showed up to assist her. The staff rescheduled her appointment and could only offer January 27, 2022. I called the following day and we were luckily able to get the December 16th appointment - which turned out to be an absolute disaster as I described earlier. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. They do not care about your time or the quality of patient care and service. I have reached out to Ana (clinic manager) via email and hope to hear from her soon.
