Dr. Harris has been my Primary Care Physician for over 10 years. His demeanor is professional, objective and nonjudgmental. I rely on his care/advice and reliable referrals to medical specialists.

My 84-year-old mother went to Dr. Harris's office for a doctor's visit and blood test. The nurse had difficulty drawing blood, trying multiple times, and instead of asking another nurse for help, she told my mom to come back another time. This was very inconvenient since my mom doesn't drive and relies on friends for transportation. This blood test was very important to complete on the scheduled day because my mom has an upcoming appointment with her endocrinologist. It takes a very long time to get these appointments, and the blood work needs to be ready beforehand. Trying to reach the office was an extremely stressful experience for me. I spent hours on the phone, still on hold for nearly two hours, with no one answering. We called many times and tried every extension with no success. Meanwhile, my mom was very worried that her tests wouldn't get done in time for her specialist appointment. The staff seems careless, and the phone system is terrible. There is no personal touch or consideration for patients--especially elderly ones. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience.

I was very pleased with how my first visit with Dr. Harris went. I look forward to him helping me going forward.
