If there was an option for zero stars that would definitely be my choice. The staff at this place is TERRIBLE . They constantly hang up the phone on you if you have any questions or concerns. My poor mother has breast cancer and on top of that a heart condition, she called this place multiple times due to her having her insurance fax a referral to this office so she can be seen. The referral was sent multiple times, the insurance company even called them multiple times letting them know the referral was sent multiple times throughout the week. They continued to deny that the referral was there, that they had received it and would hang up the phone every time my mom would call to see if they had received it this time. Very frustrating since my mother was not able to go physically get a referral due to her recently having surgery. They did not understand this and would give her attitude over the phone and mistreat her. Im very upset at this place, worst customer service I've ever experienced.
