Dr. Wayland is an extremely knowledgeable, insightful and instinctive healer with a heart for the hurting. Although it has not been a pleasure to be so ill I was hospitalized, it was a pleasure to work with such a brilliant doctor and wonderful person.
New patient. My sister sees her and really happy with her. I called in March and asked if she was taking new patients and was told yes. When I made my first virtual visit I thought it was going to be with her, no it was with another doctor. When I needed to go in, I again told them I wanted to see her but when I got there it was with someone else and the male doctor that I had the virtual with. They took a couple of tests (on a Thursday) and was I was told that they would have the results by Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. I waited until Thursday to call them and was told that I would get a return call same day.. At 4:30pm I again called the office and was told it could be another 24 hours for the call. They are NOT making a good impression with me. #still waiting....
Dr. Wayland is amazing. Her kindness shines through and compliments her excellence as a physician.
I tried to get in touch with the office to find out why my blood work request wasn't sent to Quest, I tried calling for nearly 2 hours, and every time the call would drop or someone would hang up. Their office staff is a JOKE. My health portal is never updated. I never get to see the same doctor. I don't recommend this facility.
Knowledgeable and compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen and then offer her insights/recommendations. Highly recommended.
