During my stay on 3SW, Patricia from 5 South provided truly exceptional care. From the moment she stepped into my room, her professionalism, warmth, and compassion made an enormous difference. She listened, she reassured, and she treated me with genuine kindness every step of the way. Patricia is one of those rare nurses who not only does her job flawlessly but also brings comfort and confidence to her patients simply through her presence. She is caring, attentive, and truly gifted at what she does. I also want to extend heartfelt appreciation to Ann'Sherley, the wonderful nurse extern from 3 North/3 Northwest, who cared for me on 3SW. She brought warmth, gentleness, and a bright spirit into my room every time she visited. Ann'Sherley showed exceptional attentiveness and compassion, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge impact on my stay, and she carries herself with the heart of a truly exceptional future nurse. I recently had an amazing experience at JFK Hospital, and I really want to highlight just how exceptional the staff was during my stay. From the moment I arrived, every person I encountered was respectful, kind, and genuinely committed to helping me feel comfortable and supported. Their professionalism and compassion made a huge difference. I want to especially recognize Jennifer in 2N. Her attitude stood out from the very beginning. She greeted me with such warmth and positivity that it immediately put me at ease. Throughout my time there, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for, always checking in with a smile, offering reassurance, and treating me with a level of kindness that truly made the experience memorable. Her dedication and uplifting spirit created an environment where I felt safe, valued, and well looked after. Overall, my time at JFK Hospital exceeded my expectations, and I'm truly grateful for the outstanding care I received--especially from Jennifer, whose presence made a meaningful impact on my stay.

Ann-Sherley the nurse exterm was wonderful. Originally from 3N3NW met her on 3SW. She is so compassionate, listens to the patient and family. I absolutely love that she is caring for my Dad. I hope JFK will hire her when she graduates this semester from Nursing school. She is a true asset to JFK. Also have met many nurses and nursing aides on this floor that are absolute angels, compassionate, with superb communication skills with my Dad and his oldest daughter Maria T RN who recently Retired from JFK. Charlene M the interim director has been so helpful to us and I told her that we truly appreciate the great care. Dad was admitted twice for 2 different events recently. He told me he only wanted to go to JFK main. Kudos to the entire 3SW staff and Ann the nurse enter from 3N/3NW. God Bless

It's rare that a patient describes the stay at a hospital as pleasant. However, the nursing staff on the fourth floor, as well as the Er when I was admitted last Friday, was nothing short of wonderful. Courteous, friendly, attentive, kind and accommodating. I couldn't believe I was in a hospital! Previous experiences at this, and other hospitals, didn't come close. I don't know if they underwent training and have new guidelines, but I do not dread going to the hospital anymore. As long as it's JFK. I was admitted with a bad respiratory condition that turned out to be pneumonia. The doctors were prompt in evaluating my condition and prescribing a course of treatment. I was released in 6 days and continue to recover at home. I miss my caregivers and would like to give special recognition to Sandy, Sarah, Rose, Sabrina, Edna, Lorrie, Marie and Myra. Thank you all for going above and beyond the call of duty.

I had a great experience at Unit 3N/3NW. Karen, the director, truly runs an outstanding unit. Maceline and Ann-Sherley were absolutely amazing PCTs--caring, attentive, and supportive every step of the way. Taneisha is a wonderful nurse--professional, compassionate, and always on point. A special shoutout to Carol CNC for making everything run smoothly (and for the boujie Fiji water lol). Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience. Thank you, JFK! -- Steven 3257
